Stabling

Main Arena

  • 300’ X 150’ show ring with sand/loam footing.
  • 140’ X 65’ covered staging/warm-up area with sand/loam footing.
  • Ground-level concrete concourse (between seating area and outside wall) wraps around arena seating from staging area to staging area, 30’ to 45’ wide, with 20-amp, 110V electrical access at various locations. Approximately 20,000 sq. ft.
  • Four (4) 12’ wide access tunnels to arena floor from concourse area underneath seats. Gated on arena floor side, solid double doors from concourse side.
  • Two (2) 14’ gates for access to arena floor from staging area.
  • Two-level judges/announce stand between staging area and arena floor, between the two access gates.
  • Access to arena (not including staging area entrance) with standard glass doors with crash bars and five (5) 30’ roll-up doors. Entire arena can be secured.
  • Seating is a combination of a lower tier with individual seats and an upper tier of numbered bleacher seating for a total of 3,542 fixed seats.
  • Ring announcements and barn calls from arena announce stand.
  • Arena is not climate-controlled.
  • Ventilation – ten (10) high-volume exhaust fans spaced down the centerline of the arena peak, six (6) 20’ diameter Big Ass Fans, three (3) per side, and a sock ventilation air distribution system over seating area, arena floor and concourses.
  • One (1) 250 sq. ft. climate-controlled show office.
  • Two (2) 150 sq. ft. climate-controlled show offices.
  • One (1) 350 sq. ft. climate-controlled ticket office.
  • Public Wi-Fi covering most areas, with hardline internet connection in the main show office and announce stand.
  • Two sets of gang bathrooms and four family bathrooms, split between each side.
  • Participant bathroom outside of building with two (2) shower stalls.
  • 250’ X 100’ concrete plaza outside south entrance to arena. Can be used for trailer-based vendors, etc., and has access to 20-amp, 30-amp and limited 50-amp electrical service and water hookups around perimeter.
